Oxygen is concentrated from the oxygen-enriched product  gas stream by selectively removing nitrogen from the ambient compressed air.
Two ways to produce oxygen in common use are PSA pressure swing adsorption and VPSA membrane gas separation. The dry oxygen O2
from VPSA is by atmospheric pressure,and the dry oxygen from the PSA plant is around 0.4mpa. All components of compressor are
assembled in a special zone free from contamination of dust and other pollutants. Components contacted with oxygen must be cleaned
and removed grease with solvent before assembly. During the fabrication we strictly follow oxygen cleaning guidelines and maintain
a detailed cleaning record.

The oxygen compressors are designed for the medical use or filling oxygen cylinder, max discharge pressure can be up to 3600 psig, 
the three-stage compressors adopt single-acting cylinder on a W type compressor structure with crankcase, piston ,piston rod and
without-cross head, be suitable for the compression of 5nm3/h to 30nm3/h.The crankcase don’t need to be lubricated by lubricating
oil , which ensure the clean and high oxygen be obtained.

How Does It Work ?
Generally oil-free oxygen compressor is designed for 2-3 stage compression. The Air cooled type is suitable for 3-15m³,
while the water cooled type is suited for 15-30m³. Single-acting cylinders on a W type design crankcase is as below:

In our smaller rod load reciprocating oxygen compressor, the connecting rod links the piston and the crankshaft directly.
And CZPT cylinder and CZPT piston are available to ensure minimal wear and long life.
Grease customized specially for oxygen in an oil seal cover is adopted to lubricate the crankshaft. The lubrication of cylinder
is accomplished from the special self-lubrication raw material of piston ring and CZPT ring.

Safe and Easy Operation
Safety valves for each stage provide the protection when discharge pressure exceeds the rated value.
Easy installment and operation. Just connect the inlet and outlet port of compressor on site.
Alarm temperature and pressure can be adjusted by temperature and pressure controller in accordance with request.
When discharge pressure reaches rated value 15mpa or 20mpa, compressor will stop automatically.
Discharge temperature and pressure will be displayed on the temperature gauge or pressure gauge.
O2 compressor could be shut down if low suction, high discharge temperature and pressure occur.

How to Fill Oxygen Cylinder with Oxygen Compressor ?

Oxygen generator combined with high pressure oxygen compressor, filling ramp, hose, copper valves, pressure gauge
for filling oxygen cylinder makes a system called “oxygen filling station”. The cylinder filling manifold is equipped with
approved depression cabinet. Connection of cylinder standard can be customized such as G3/4,G5/8 or other type.
Filling head can be made from 1 heads to 20 head or more than in accordance with the request.

Oxygen buffer tank is a must downstream of the oxygen generator to ensure the pressure and flows absolute instability.
The low pressure tank need to be installed before the booster.
