PSA Working principle of oxygen generator

     PSA oxygen plant adopts advanced pressure swing adsorption technology.As we all know, oxygen accounts for about 20-21% of atmospheric airPSA plants use zeolite molecular sieves to separate oxygen from the air.High purity oxygen is delivered, while the nitrogen absorbed by the molecular sieve is sent back to the air through the exhaust pipe.Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process consists of 2 vessel towers equipped with molecular sieves.Compressed air passes through a container at an air temperature of 30 ºC, and oxygen is born as a high-quality product gas.Nitrogen is released back into the atmosphere as exhaust gas.When the molecular sieve bed is saturated, the process is switched to another bed through an automatic valve for oxygen generation.In doing so, the saturated bed is allowed to regenerate by decompression and purification to atmospheric pressure.The 2 vessels work alternately in the production and regeneration of oxygen, so that ideal high-purity oxygen can be obtained.
